Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares it for shipment.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number.

2. Delivery Time

We ship our products internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard delivery: Between 7 and 12 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your geographic location and the weight of your order.

5. Returns and Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your information during checkout.
