Shipping Policy – KAMIL BOOKS

Welcome to KAMIL BOOKS. We strive to provide you with a smooth shopping experience, from order confirmation to delivery at your doorstep.

1. Processing & Shipping Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares it for shipment.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number.

2. Delivery Time

We ship our products internationally. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: Between 7 and 12 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather conditions, etc.).

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent by email. This allows you to track your package in real time until it reaches the delivery address provided.

5. Returns & Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your information during checkout.
